Perforated metal information: Perforated metal mesh usually used galvanized steel, stainless steel, copper steel, aluminum steel, nickel steel and alloy steel as material. Process of Perforated Metal:
Hot-dipped galvanized perforated metal. Immersed thin steel plate into the zinc bath, adhesion to the surface layer of zinc. Currently the main use is production of continuous galvanizing process, that is a continuous roll of steel immersed in melted zinc plating bath is made with galvanized steel.
Electro galvanized perforated metal. This kind of perforated metal have a good ability of processed. However, thinner coatings, corrosion resistance than hot-dip galvanized perforated metal sheet.
